In order for a return or exchange to be eligible, the item(s) must be, unworn and unused, with all tags and with the original packaging. The receipt for proof of purchase is required.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on hats due to hygiene guidelines, sale items or orders placed with a discount code.

Please contact info@houseofdoosey.com to make a return or exchange.

We aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
